After seeing Micheles testimony (Michele is the owner and CEO) I was convinced this company had the disabled person in mind when building their chairs. Well today I fixed that. I bought the FOLD & GO MagSHOCK for my wife to give her some increased mobility. I could not get the ratchet system to tighten the bracket up sufficiently to hold the cupholder in an upright position. The steepness of the ships gangway was easily maneuvered, and the tight quarters on the ship did not deter us once! Though I have had it for a few weeks now I hadnt really used it a lot.
