Pete Flores was absolutely fabulous with helping me purchase my second home. He consulted with me on my requirements for my home. He did his research and offered homes just below and above my requirements. This was very nice as I saw more homes than expected. Once I targeted the home I (and my children) really wanted, Pete was focused on making that happen. And he DID!!! He communicated with me throughout the entire process, he even explained (re-explained in several cases) things I didn’t understand until I was comfortable and understood everything.

Even after the purchase, he reached out to me to ensure I was moved in and settled. He also made sure to answer any questions I had post purchase.His professionalism is of the utmost.
